Terms & Conditions for AP Black Car Service in Laguna Niguel, CA

 

All trips have to be booked 5 hours in advance, before the trip destination

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by AP Black Car Service in Laguna Niguel, CA, unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance and in writing. All charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card, unless prior arrangements for invoicing have been approved. AP Black Car Service accepts major credit cards and cash. For new and one-time clients, presenting their card to the driver for processing may be required, along with additional ID verification for security purposes.
 

Airport Transfers

 
AP Black Car Service offers a flat rate for most airport pickups and drop-offs to or from LAX and John Wayne Airport. When departing from the airport, your vehicle is dispatched based on the estimated arrival time provided by each airline’s automated system. All airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. For departures, passengers are advised to arrive at the airport two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights.
 

Point-to-Point Transfers

 
AP Black Car Service provides point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop-offs within Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties. Transfer rates are determined by factors such as time, distance, and zone locations.
 

Hourly Service

 
AP Black Car Service offers an hourly rate for all other services, with a minimum two-hour charge. Hourly services allow for multiple stops and wait times as directed by the client. The vehicle remains with the client for the entire rental period. Additional travel time may be charged for locations outside the local service area.
 

Cancellations

 
Cancellations are accepted for sedan and SUV airport transfers in the local service area without charge up to four hours before the scheduled pickup time. Vans, limos, premium, and specialty vehicles require a minimum twelve-hour cancellation notice.
 

No Shows

 
In the event of a no-show, clients are urged to contact the office immediately to avoid full-charge fees. For Point-to-Point & Airport Service, a fee equal to the base fare will be charged. For Hourly Service, a fee equal to 2 hours of service will be charged. Contacting the office promptly will enable the dispatcher to assist in locating the driver.
 

Arrival Time

 
While AP Black Car Service endeavors to minimize delays, arrival times are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for planning accordingly, considering factors such as emergencies, road conditions, traffic, or weather beyond the company’s or driver’s control. AP Black Car Service shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to delayed arrival.
 

Baggage and Property Transport

 
AP Black Car Service does not assume responsibility for baggage or other property. Clients are encouraged to check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.
 

Passenger Conduct

 
AP Black Car Service reserves the right to refuse transportation to individuals under the influence of illegal drugs, excessively intoxicated, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances, or likely to disrupt other passengers or threaten the driver.
 

Excess Cleaning

 
Clients will be charged additional fees if extensive cleaning of the vehicle is required due to client or passenger actions, such as spills, vomiting, smoking, or excessive trash.
 

Smoking Prohibition

 
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
 

Stops (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers)

 
Extra stops incur a minimum charge of $20 per “en-route” stop, with a maximum 15-minute wait period. Additional wait time is billed at the prevailing hourly rate in quarter-hour increments.
