Transfer and distance-based requests are available for the Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, Lincoln Navigator and Cadillac Escalade. Other vehicles are hourly-only unless our team approves an exception.
Standard sedan and SUV quotes use our Chevrolet Suburban rate unless our team authorizes a different rate. Your requested model, vehicle capacity and availability are confirmed with your personal quote.

Use our secure reservation form to enter your pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and any optional child seats or meet-and-greet. Our team reviews your itinerary, availability and complete price before sending your personal quote.
After you receive your quote, review the total and cancellation terms, then confirm your ride. Both you and our team receive confirmation emails. Choose Pay now or Pay later; full payment is due 24 hours before the first pickup, or at booking if within 24 hours. Pay later clients receive an email reminder three days before pickup.

Cancellation requests must be received before the scheduled pickup with at least 24 hours’ notice for sedans and SUVs, 72 hours’ notice for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and party buses, and 7 days’ notice for motor coach buses. Please contact AP Black Car Service at 949-813-1069 or reservations@apblackcarservices.com to request a cancellation. Notice periods apply separately to each scheduled trip.
